Installments must be paid on or before the due dates.
A 10% late payment charge will apply if payment is received within 30 days after the due date.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically, and the applicable cancellation policy shall apply.
In the event of government restrictions, natural calamities, or other force majeure events affecting the Kumbh Mela, revised operational policies will be communicated by the management.
Kumbh Mela Nashik accommodation management reserves the right to modify operational policies in accordance with directives issued by the concerned authorities.
All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
